Prior Experience
Prior to DLA Piper, Paul was the Finance Director for eight years at a London based international law firm, whose network stretched throughout Europe, the Gulf region and China. This period was one of significant change for the firm, including considerable international expansion, a major property project and the introduction of an integrated PMS using a combination of Elite and Interaction. His early law firm experience was at a 'magic circle' firm as their Financial Controller.
Paul is a Chartered Accountant, with seven years' experience at Arthur Andersen in both London and Brisbane, Australia. He also spent three years as the Chief Accountant at Lex Service Plc (now the RAC Plc) during which time he was a buyer of professional services in the context of business investment/divestment transactions.
