Michał Orzechowski focuses on EU and Polish antitrust/competition law with a special focus on cartels, vertical agreements and abuse of dominant positions. He has extensive experience in advising multinational companies on pricing, rebates, discounts, distribution channels and dual distribution practices. He advises on day-to-day compliance matters, including preparing internal procedures, handling dawn-raids and supporting clients during internal audits.

Michał also advises companies at all stages of public procurement processes, including on competition issues related to participation in public tenders (consortium agreements, bid-rigging practices and general compliance), as well as representing them before the National Chamber of Appeals and courts.
