Katarzyna Pawlisz

Katarzyna Pawlisz specialises in commercial law, including in particular corporate law, and civil law. She provides legal service with a focus on corporate issues to commercial law companies and foundations. She also supports foreign entities in setting up businesses in Poland and assists clients in establishing companies and branches (which also involves preparing complete corporate documentation), facilitating the registration procedure and drafting standard agreements with clients.

Katarzyna took part in many projects concerning the domestic and global reorganisation and restructuring of business entities.
