Piotr Rysiak specialises in legal advisory on M&A transactions including private equity and venture capital deals. Piotr advises clients at all stages or the transactions, from their structuring and due diligence to drafting and negotiating transaction documents.

He has participated in many cross-border transactions involving private and public companies. His experience also includes advising on transactions carried out through tender offers for shares in public companies. He has repeatedly advised clients on organised sales processes, including investors' exit transactions from their investments.
