She also advises on employment restructuring, covering outsourcing, group dismissals and cross-border employee transfers.

Magdalena focuses on litigation issues such as disputes determining the existence of employment relationships, overtime and remuneration, mobbing and discrimination, and prepares and runs in-company investigations into complaints of mobbing and harassment.
