Ricardo Violante Teixeira is a senior associate with more than 15 years' experience and practices in litigation and arbitration. He is a very experienced lawyer, having worked on a number of important operations and complex disputes involving cross-border litigation.

Ricardo works in several sectors of activity’s disputes, regarding both national and international companies, with special focus on insolvency and pre-insolvency matters.

He is recognised for his analytical skills and ability to apply his excellent technical knowledge to find the best litigation strategies in his cases.
