Cristian Vlaicu has a wide experience as a legal adviser for several reputable banks and law firms and coordinated structured and complex finance transactions, i.e. syndication loans, club loans, acquisition finance, project finance, factoring, forfeiting, financing of local and central public authorities, cash management.

He also provided legal advice with respect to matters related to: banking and finance, corporate and M&A, restructuring and insolvency, commercial litigations, PPP, real estate and infrastructure, consumer protection and alternative dispute resolutions.

During 1999-2000, he acted as adviser on behalf of ICI Bucharest for the implementation of the law regarding the Electronic Archive for Secured Transactions, in collaboration with the Romanian Ministry of Justice, World Bank, the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the National Union of Public Notaries.
