Olga Danilova has accumulated profound experience in supporting international tax planning and structuring projects, projects related to tax aspects of trade inside the EurAsEC Customs Union and the application of regional tax concessions in Russia.

Olga also focuses on transfer pricing and has accumulated profound experience in this area. Typical transfer pricing projects led by Olga include: preparation of transfer pricing defence reports and supporting documentation, developing pricing and marketing policy, elaboration of transfer pricing risk management strategy, consulting on various issues of the Russian transfer pricing law in respect of supply transactions, intra-group services, provision of IP rights and loan transactions.

In January 2013 Olga participated in an internship at the Amsterdam office of DLA Piper where she worked with experts in transfer pricing in international projects.

Besides this, Olga has solid experience in performing tax due diligence analysis, as well as in supporting clients in the course of tax audits and in tax disputes at court.

Olga advises clients on taxation of the activities of foreign companies in Russia and conducts tax compliance projects.
