Oksana Derevyanko advises clients on various aspects of real estate, construction, utilities, town-planning, labour and environmental legislation. She is regularly involved in conducting legal due diligence for real estate transactions, but also frequently advises clients on issues concerning the buy-out price and the proportionality of the land plot to be bought out.

Her work also covers structuring, drafting and negotiating general contractor agreements, design and development agreements, including structuring agreements in accordance with FIDIC norms. She advises on the development of town-planning documentation and on obtaining permits required in this regard.

Oksana's experience extends to projects related to drafting and coordinating commercial property leases. She has also worked on a number of projects devoted to developing the hospitality business in St Petersburg and Sochi.

Oksana is also involved in projects on leading litigations related to recovering debts owed to credit institutions including those aggravated by the borrower's and/or surety's assets being located abroad.

Other spheres of Oksana's experience include maritime law, subsoil legislation, labour and labour protection legislation. She has advised on a number of labour audit projects and issues involving interrelation between employers and trade unions.
