Eyad Reda has extensive experience in both national and international agreements and negotiations. He has participated as a legal consultant in reviewing and drafting major laws and regulation, related to trade and finance. He has also handled a broad range of both Middle East and international investments, across private equity, real estate, corporate, funds and wealth management, amongst others.

Eyad has advised foreign investors on the incorporation of Saudi Arabian LLCs and has advised many international firms on acquisition of a controlling interest in a Saudi Arabian company.

Eyad has experience in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, large public sector projects, and wider commercial work including PPP projects.

In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Eyad has undertaken a range of corporate and commercial work including advising on initial public offerings, joint ventures, acquisitions, foreign investment, company incorporations and services and distribution contracts.

Eyad has participated as a legal advisor in bilateral meetings and agreements on market access with different WTO members in connection with the accession of Saudi Arabia to the WTO. Eyad held various positions in Saudi Arabia prior to joining DLA Piper including at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Economic Cities Agency.
