Ana Martínez is engaged in domestic and international litigation and arbitration matters, focusing on the corporate and commercial sectors, as well as on banking, real estate and construction, unfair competition and intellectual property issues.

She represents clients in contentious-administrative proceedings in a broad range of areas such as planning and urban development, securities regulation and review of decisions taken by the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office on registration of distinctive marks.

Ana has been involved in all types of domestic and international arbitration proceedings, both institutional and ad hoc, acting either as the client's counsel or as an arbitrator.
