Claire works closely with clients to help them realise their commercial objectives as efficiently as possible. With first class degrees in Physics, Claire can turn her hand to any subject but has a particularly keen interest in, and understanding of, technology and the issues that relate to it. She provides practical support on legally and technically complex commercial and contentious matters, focused on maximising value for her clients.

Claire has represented household name clients in litigation at all levels from the Supreme Court to the IP Enterprise Court, acting in high profile cases that have pushed the legal boundaries. Claire has extensive experience of patent litigation at an international level, regularly working with colleagues in other jurisdictions on cross-border matters and developing effective strategies to achieve the best outcome. Claire also advises on market clearance, freedom to operate and commercial arrangements.
