Manon den Boer is involved in setting up and advising on joint venture structures, mergers and acquisitions, (international) reorganizations, (international) financing structures and she is also engaged in all aspects of banking and finance law. She was involved in a wide variety of transactions.

She is experienced in organizing and giving guidance to complex international transactions. Manon is a corporate lawyer with more than twenty-five years of experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Advising and assisting to a number of US listed companies and other multinationals regarding their international group restructuring, implementing holding structures (consisting of co-operative associations and other Dutch holding entities) for their operational companies, including migration of group companies from and to the Netherlands
  • Legal counsel to various (international) multinationals regarding corporate restructurings of its European entities
  • Legal counsel to various (international) multinationals: handling all corporate work, including corporate/financial restructuring and advising on corporate governance issues
  • Handling several private M&A transactions together with a team of our office and/or UK/US counsel
  • Setting up various joint ventures for (international) multinationals

    Seminars

    Manon teaches at the Notarial Professional Education (Notariële Beroepsopleiding). Furthermore, as a highly experienced corporate lawyer Manon frequently acts as teacher for specialist courses.
