Laura Carrier

Laura is a Senior Associate in the London Restructuring Team.

Laura advises both creditor and debtor side on domestic and cross jurisdictional financial restructuring and turnaround matters. Laura's experience also includes advising clients on formal insolvency matters, including in respect of administrations, pre-packaged sales, receiverships and liquidations. Laura's experience has spanned a number of sectors, including retail, healthcare, energy, aviation, construction, transport and consumer credit.

In 2017 Laura completed a 6 month secondment to the DLA Restructuring and Special Situations Team in Hong Kong. Laura also just completed a secondment to our Restructuring team in Dubai, where her practice was focused on advising creditors and office holders in respect of complex and high value restructurings.

Laura is a graduate of the IFT Academy Programme and a keen supporter of the IFT and its network.
