  • Advising a leading technology provider to commercial airlines, militaries and oil and gas companies on its compliance across 15 areas of employment law, and producing a bespoke Compliance Audit Report setting out high risk areas.
  • Advising a financial technology company in respect of an international contract review for over 300 employees. Chloe took a leading role in the coordination of this project.
  • Advising a computer software company in relation to a redundancy situation including advising on procedure and drafting the relevant documentation.
  • Advising a web analytics provider in respect of recommended policies to include in its UK staff handbook. Chloe was responsible for drafting all relevant policies and advising on the same.
  • Assisting a leading supplier of security for digital services based in Sweden, in relation to the employment of an individual in the UK. Chloe was involved in providing advice on UK employment law requirements, and the contract of employment.
  • Advising a European developer and manufacturer of missiles in respect of a claim for age discrimination, whistleblowing and constructive/unfair dismissal. Chloe assisted at all stages by reviewing evidence, drafting witness statements and attending the hearing.
  • Assisting a global logistics company in respect of claims for unfair dismissal, and equal pay. Chloe assisted at all stages in respect of each claim including reviewing the evidence, interviewing witnesses, drafting the grounds of resistance and witness statements, and ultimately negotiating settlement via Acas.
