John Gollaglee is a criminal litigator and experienced regulatory lawyer representing companies and individuals in a broad range of investigations and prosecutions by HSE, CPS/Police, Serious Fraud Office, HMRC and Office of Fair Trading.

John is a contentious regulatory lawyer focusing on the investigation and prosecution of range of offences including fraud, bribery and corruption, criminal anti-competitive behaviour, health and safety, environmental, food hygiene and safety, product safety, consumer protection (Trading Standards) and dawn raids.

John also has experience of conducting privileged internal investigations into whistle blower allegations and suspected corporate and employee criminality. He regularly works with investigation committees and internal compliance officers, civil litigation colleagues, Human Resources, law enforcement agencies and insurers to manage complex issues arising from alleged wrong-doing. He works with teams of forensic accountants and IT specialist to provide  ensure appropriate and proportionate capture and analysis of evidence.
