Daniel Jude has two decades of experience dealing with construction and engineering disputes on behalf of contractors, sub-contractors, employers and professionals in all sectors of the industry. He has dealt with the full range of issues including ground condition claims, extension of time claims, variations and defects in relation to standard and bespoke forms of contract, as well as PFI/PPP agreements.

Daniel's experience spans a range of different forums including international arbitration, litigation, adjudication, mediation and other forms of ADR.

Since 2012, Daniel's practice has been in the Middle East where he has led teams (including cross-office teams) and co-ordinated with clients and experts in complex construction disputes involving multiple issues, typically with a value in the hundreds of millions of dollars (US $).
