Guy Lamb advises both private and public sector employers on all aspects of both contentious and non-contentious employment and human resources issues. These issues include the application of employment policies and procedures, litigation, disciplinary and termination issues.

Guy also advises employers on human resource consulting issues, change management, employee relations and employee reorganisation and redundancy, including advising extensively on trade union matters.

Guy also has knowledge on the human resources and employment implications of share and business sales and acquisitions, outsourcing and reorganisations, and is an acknowledged expert on the implications and application of TUPE.
