Zoe Lomax advises a spectrum of clients from large international organisations to national businesses on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Zoe is particularly experienced in assisting clients to robustly defend claims pursued by current and former employees, including complex claims involving multiple claimants and respondents. Zoe's extensive litigation experience includes claims relating to equal pay, whistleblowing detriment, unfair dismissal, time off for trade union duties, various aspects of discrimination and unlawful deduction from wages.

Zoe’s practice also includes advising on substantial changes to terms and conditions of employment, large scale redundancy exercises and TUPE outsourcing projects. In addition, Zoe regularly advises on the employment aspects of national and international corporate transactions.

Zoe has advised on multi-jurisdictional change projects including in relation to the implementation of new benefits schemes, the closure of offices and service provision change.

Zoe frequently volunteers to assist with pro-bono projects, which has involved working with organisations such as The Prince's Trust, Unicef, Hollaback! and The British Red Cross.
