• Advising a company in the Oil & Gas sector on the reward aspects of its Main Market IPO. Martin's work included the design and implementation of the company's executive share plans, as well as the grant of an all-employee award on float. Martin worked alongside the company's remuneration consultants to develop the company's first directors' remuneration policy.*
• Advising a FTSE 100 company on the reward aspects of a reverse takeover. This included advising on the implementation of bespoke incentivisation arrangements made in connection with the transaction, as well as the roll-out and ongoing operation of a global share purchase plan following its completion.*
• Advising an international company on the design and implementation of an award winning, all-employee incentive plan, offered in over 70 countries. Martin drafted plan documents and helped to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant local laws.*
• Advising on the drafting and implementation of a bespoke executive value creation plan for a listed client. This included revising the company's shareholder approved directors' remuneration policy, as well as obtaining shareholder approval for the plan itself.*
• Providing a practical training session for the remuneration committee of a FTSE 250 company on reward aspects of latest corporate governance best practice and investor expectations on executive remuneration.*
