  • Advising a development consortium on the structuring of an extensive residential development of over 5,000 homes together with associated open space and community facilities to be delivered in phases.
  • Advising a data centre operator on its restructuring of assets and subsequent refinancing. Project value GBP450 million.
  • Advising a European Union agency on a substantial underletting of its European headquarters to a serviced office provider.
  • Advising a major outdoor advertising landlord and investor on a new licence agreement with a leading outdoor media company to include a portfolio of new sites and an extensive re-gearing of existing and future sites.
  • Advising a major international theatre organisation on their real estate portfolio including the lease extension of its London HQ.
  • Advising a US fund on the purchase of two student accommodation buildings with its JV partner. Project value GBP60 million.
  • Advising a chain of department stores on its UK portfolio including advising on its development of a regional mixed use scheme following through to pre-lets of the retail space and long leasehold sale of the residential space. Project value GBP12 million.
  • Advising a multiplex cinema chain on the development of multi-screen cinemas.
  • Advising a high class serviced office provider on several acquisitions in central London.
