On the contentious side, Rebecca has been heavily involved in trade mark infringement matters, including in relation to online adverts, sponsored search results and metadata use as well as parallel importation, counterfeiting and customs seizures, company names tribunal and domain name dispute resolution proceedings, comparative advertising matters and ASA/CAP Code complaints.

On the non-contentious side, Rebecca has significant experience in pre-use brand clearance, trade mark applications and multi-jurisdictional portfolio maintenance work as well as assignment and licensing arrangements, clinical trial studies and research development agreements, international joint ventures and franchising arrangements.
