Faye Priestley trained in the London office and has been at DLA Piper since 2015, having spent time in real estate finance before qualifying into real estate. She has a broad range of experience including in investment, development, finance, corporate and landlord and tenant work.

Faye is also a keen contributor to DLA Piper’s pro bono programme.

  • Advising Investec in the financing of a GBP15 million development plot with planning permission for 2,500 homes.
  • Advising a US based co-working occupier in the taking of their first space in the UK at a rent of GBP1 million per annum.
  • Advising Market Tech Holdings plc. on the refinance of central London mixed use real estate including running the certification of a complex 580,000 sqft site in central London comprising of co-working, retail, residential and office space.
  • Advising Blackstone, most recently on a GBP300 million central London disposal which exchanged in just one week in December 2020.
  • Advising on the corporate acquisition of one of the world’s largest outdoor advertising companies across 14 jurisdictions as UK real estate lead.
  • Advising Levi Strauss on their retail portfolio and other property interests.
  • Advising on the letting of a number of flagship stores and restaurants for a listed property company in their West End villages in London.
  • Advising on several large acquisitions on behalf of a fund focusing on secure income including student accommodation, retail, a heat and power PFI scheme and NHS stock.
  • Advising St James Place on various disposals/acquisitions of office, retail and industrial assets across the UK.
