Joe Riches has a range of experience advising lenders (both senior and mezzanine) and borrowers on multi jurisdictional investment and development finance transactions. His experience includes advising on transactions in most types of property and sectors including residential, retail, commercial and hotel and leisure in single and multiple asset transactions.
EXPERIENCE
- Acting for Aareal Bank AG in connection with facilities of up to €1,000,000,000 to Invesco Real Estate covering 27 prime locations across 7 countries in the UK and mainland Europe
- Advising Goldman Sachs International in respect of the refinancing of Football Club Internazionale Milano's media and team secured debt arrangements by way of a €300 million senior secured public note issuance
- Refinancing of a £162 million term facilities agreement relating to the Park Tower Hotel, Knightsbridge
