Susan Samuel practices in the area of UK and International real estate. Susan’s clients include investors, developers and funders of real estate, global hotel operators, corporates in relation to their global real estate and consumer and retail businesses.

Susan works with energy suppliers and our clients in relation to the real estate aspects of the adoption of sustainable energy solutions for their assets.

Susan is the Location Head for our Leeds full service real estate team of 40 real estate lawyers in the areas of transactional, disputes, construction and planning matters.
