Rahool Sarjua is experienced in a wide range of intellectual property issues, both in contentious and non-contentious matters, advising on IP and media litigation, rights in data, IP-focused commercial arrangements and acquisitions.

Whilst he acts for a wide range of clients, Rahool focuses on the media, sport and technology sectors. He acts for leading sports organisations, broadcasters, and information technology businesses. Rahool also acts for luxury fashion houses and global brands.

Rahool has advised on various copyright, trade mark, passing off and contractual disputes (including experience of English High Court and Court of Appeal litigation, mediation and international arbitrations). He has also run IP enforcement projects for clients, using technology to provide cost-effective solutions on large-scale matters.

Rahool's practice also includes joint venture and collaboration agreements, technology transfer and licensing, co-promotion arrangements and the structuring and exploitation of intellectual property rights.

He also has significant experience in brand protection - Rahool manages worldwide trade mark portfolios, advises on co-existence and settlement agreements, WIPO domain name disputes and UK Companies Names Tribunal disputes.

Rahool is also part of the firm's Cannabis Working Group, advising various stakeholders operating in this industry across the entire value-chain, spanning both commercial and regulatory advice.
