  • Advising WestPoint Home LLC, a supplier of fashion and core home textile products based in the United States, on its acquisition of Vision Support Services, an international textile supplier to the hospitality sector.
  • Acting for TLC Care Holdings on investment into the group and subsequent UK acquisitions of care homes businesses as part of their buy and build strategy, as well as advising them on group restructuring matters.
  • Advising management of Broadwick Live, a global music events business, in relation to its group re-organisation and subsequent investment into the group from Rockstar Games.
  • Acting for Nichols PLC on its acquisition of Adrian Mecklenburgh Limited, a supplier of dispense soft drinks, equipment and post mix.
  • Advising Solar Plus HK, a renewable energy company based in Hong Kong, on the disposal of nine UK solar assets to NTR's sustainable infrastructure fund.
  • Advising Heineken UK on the disposal of 29 of its pubs to the G1 Group.
  • Acting for Lloyds Development Capital (Holdings) Limited on its exit from Rush Hair Group, a chain of high-end hair and beauty salons.
