About

Domenico Gullo is a Partner in the Competition and Regulated Markets group within the Litigation & Regulatory department. He is based in the Rome office.

His practice focuses on competition law (both at European and national level), EC law and consumer protection. 

He has gained consolidated experience in merger control, cartel investigations and abuses of dominant position, state aid and EU law. 

In particular, Domenico has developed specific knowledge  in the Telecommunication, Financial Institutions, gaming and betting sectors.

He obtained an LL.M. in E.C. and competition law, European Law Institute, Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Domenico is ranked by Chambers and Partners and mentioned by The Legal 500 EMEA among the most reputable lawyers within his area of practice in Italy. 

Domenico is often invited to speak at conferences organized by leading national universities as well as by many Bar Councils.

Domenico is the author of several antitrust and EC law articles.
