In 2021, we launched three International D&I goals to help drive us towards a more equal and representative workforce. Our goals are:

  1. For at least 30% of all Partners to be Women by 2025 and with an aim to double the number of Women in our partnership to at least 40% by 2030.
  2. At least half of future internal partner promotes to come from under-represented groups.. This may include but not be limited to gender, ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation and socioeconomics for example.
  3. We will monitor our Business Services population to ensure it remains inclusive and representative, and where there are imbalances, address them head-on through proactive and targeted recruitment.

The International Goals we are setting focus on building diverse representation in our Partnership as this is an area where we are significantly homogenous.

Beyond Partnership, we will continue to focus on developing more inclusive systems and a greater culture of inclusion, and monitor the diversity, sense of wellbeing and belonging across all levels and areas of our firm.
