Our EMEA/Asia Pacific D&I council, chaired by our global co-CEO and managing partner Simon Levine, manages diversity and inclusion as a strategic business imperative. It's supported locally by two regional D&I committees in EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Our D&I data and progress is reviewed regularly by the council, our executive and our board. We measure success through surveys, retention and external standards.

For example, we increased our ranking in the Social Mobility Index when we last entered in 2019, climbing from 38 to 18 out of the top 75 employers in the UK for social mobility. We also reduced our gender pay gap in 2019-2020.

And in 2021, we'll publish EMEA/Asia Pacific diversity goals and report our progress on them.
