Increasingly, diversity is viewed through a much wider lens to encompass a range of skills, experiences, and perspectives that can help an organization grow and protect it against new and emerging threats. As companies embrace the importance of a diverse workforce, it will be essential for corporate boards to consider the benefits and skillsets that diverse directors can bring to boardroom discussions.

Please join us for a conversation with Dr. C.S. Park, former Chairman and CEO of Maxtor Corporation and current Audit Committee Chair for Seagate Technology's Board of Directors and member of DLA Piper's Global Board. Dr. Park will share his perspectives on the importance of having diverse voices in boardrooms and discuss his vast experience as a business leader in the tech and finance sectors.
