Lo is the Founding Managing Partner of Plexo Capital, which he incubated and spun out from Google Ventures based on a strategy to increase access to early-stage deal flow. Plexo Capital invests in emerging seed-stage VCs and invests directly into companies sourced from the portfolios of VCs in which Plexo Capital has an investment.

Jim is a Founder and General Partner of Arena Growth Partners, an early-stage growth venture capital firm focused on IT and IT-enabled businesses with a need for capital and a financial partner with a servant leadership mentality to break through the growth ceiling.

  • Kent Lucas, Co-Founding Partner, non sibi ventures 

Kent is Co-Founding Partner of non sibi ventures a newly launched seed and series A fund primarily investing in startups led by underrepresented founders offering technologies with a positive impact on citizens, communities, culture and the environment.
