DLA Piper represents LLR Partners in acquisition of BluVector

DLA Piper advised LLR Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in middle-market growth technology companies, in its acquisition of BluVector, a machine-learning, threat-detection and cyber-hunting solution provider, from Northrop Grumman Corporation.

The scalable technology integrates with disparate security solutions to help enterprises defend against all forms of malware, both known and unknown.

The DLA Piper team representing LLR consisted of partners Eric Grossman, Dale Lazar and Cathryn Le Regulski (all of Northern Virginia), David Plewa and Nate McKitterick (both of Silicon Valley), and Julia Kovacs (Washington, DC), of counsel Matt VanderGoot (Northern Virginia) and Brad Jorgensen (Washington, DC), associate Ryan Selis (Northern Virginia), and attorneys Sanjay Beri, Sara Coates, Amelia Las Heras and Tiffany Nguyen (Washington, DC).
