Global law firm DLA Piper has appointed Corporate special counsel Amit Jois in its Sydney office.
Amit is an Australian and US qualified M&A lawyer, specialising in domestic and cross-border transactions including public and private M&A, divestments, restructures, strategic alliances and joint ventures. He has extensive industrials sector experience and has advised on significant transactions for major listed companies, global commodities traders and financial institutions.
Amit joins DLA Piper from Allens.
