DLA Piper advises ICV Partners in acquisition of Outpatient Imaging Affiliates

DLA Piper represented ICV Partners, LLC, a New York-based private equity firm focused on middle market companies, in its acquisition of Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LLC, a leading provider of outpatient radiology services.

Outpatient Imaging Affiliates partners with healthcare providers, including health systems, academic medical centers and radiology groups, to develop, market and operate outpatient imaging centers. The company today has more than 30 locations in more than nine states in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest.

The DLA Piper team was led by Southeast US Managing Partner Joe Alexander (Miami) and included partners Daniel Rollman, Kevin Gooch, Jamie Konn, Anna Spencer (all Atlanta), Omari Sealy (Miami), Dennis Williams (New York), Jennifer Kashatus, Julia Kovacs (both Washington, DC) and William Bartow (Philadelphia).
