DLA Piper received the Best in Show and two other awards at the Legal Marketing Association's annual Your Honor Awards, which celebrate outstanding products and services produced by the legal marketing profession.
The firm won Best in Show for its predictive client targeting program, which takes a big data approach to predict which clients are at risk of shrinking or leaving the firm and to understand the factors that will help reverse the trend. Best in Show is presented to the best submission across all categories, which cover areas that include business development, communications and technology. DLA Piper also received first place in the Business of Law category for the project.
In addition, the firm won third place in the Marketing Management and Leadership: Internal Marketing category for developing a system to more effectively deliver client-facing events by measuring the return on investment and using those metrics to influence better event programming.
