DLA Piper represented Columbia Capital, LLC in its US$21 million equity investment in Resilience360 GMBH, a division of the German courier service company, Deutsche Post DHL. Resilience360 is a unique cloud-based platform designed to enhance product development. Deutsche Post DHL Group will maintain a majority stake in the company.
