DLA Piper advises Bowlero Corp. in its acquisition of the Professional Bowlers Association

DLA Piper represented Bowlero Corporation in its acquisition of the Professional Bowlers Association, the pinnacle of professional bowling since 1958. The PBA has more than 3,000 members.

Bowlero Corp. is the world's largest owner and operator of bowling entertainment centers, with more than 300 locations.
