DLA Piper advises SmartRent in its US$60 million Series C financing

DLA Piper represented SmartRent, a smart home automation provider for property owners, managers, developers and residents, in its US$60 million Series C financing led by Spark Capital with participation from Bain Capital Ventures, RET Ventures, Fifth Wall, Energy Impact Partners and the Amazon Alexa Fund. 

 

SmartRent offers a range of connected, brand-agnostic solutions designed to provide multifamily property owners, managers and residents with increased efficiency, convenience and security across their properties.

In addition to King, the DLA Piper deal team representing SmartRent also included partner David Lewis (both of Phoenix).
