DLA Piper represented Denali Growth Partners, a growth equity firm focused on the healthcare technology market, in the close of its US$203 million inaugural fund, Denali Growth Partners Fund I, L.P., which was oversubscribed and secured commitments from a global and diverse institutional investor base.
“We were pleased to bring to bear our extensive investment funds experience to complete this transaction for Denali, which will allow our client to partner with and fund innovative tech companies that are transforming the healthcare landscape,” said Adam Tope, the DLA Piper partner who led the fund formation team.
In addition to Tope (New York), the DLA Piper team representing Denali included partners Kevin Bettsteller (Los Angeles) and Witold Jurewicz (New York); and associate Eleni Christou (Chicago). Strathmore Group LLC served as exclusive strategic advisor and placement agent.
