Aaron Applebaum represents debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors, creditors and chapter 11 trustees in complex bankruptcy cases and out-of-court commercial restructurings. Aaron also has significant experience representing parties in assignment for the benefit of creditor (ABC) proceedings in the Court of Chancery in Delaware. Aaron has been actively involved in numerous complex restructuring and acquisition matters, including in the oil and gas, retail, health care, medical services, restaurant, real estate and other industries.

Aaron protects and advances the interests of his clients, including distressed companies, committees and creditors, in commercial workouts and chapter 11 reorganization cases. He assists clients with all aspects of chapter 11 and other insolvency proceedings, including asset sales under section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code, confirmation of plans of reorganization, resolution of claims, and prosecution and defense of complicated bankruptcy and related litigation.
