Mary Aversano

Mary Aversano is a member of eXplore: DLA Piper’s eDiscovery Resource Center and is an essential team member supporting case teams and clients.  As a member of eXplore, Mary provides high-level document review and analysis services essential for our clients, including production review, privilege review, quality control review, and fact investigation. Mary has significant experience with Relativity and other eDiscovery tools, including analytical tools and technology-assisted review.

Mary has over 7 years of eDiscovery experience and is CEDS certified. She has broad based experience with second level analysis and project management. Areas of review and analysis include class action, financial services and accounting, mortgage-backed securities, data breach, trade secrets, complex environmental and patent infringement (in the field of technology, chip technology, biopharma, pharma, chemical and security software).
