Naomi Abraham's practice is centered on trademark, copyright, and media law with particular focus on the fashion, retail, entertainment, food, business and technology industries.

Naomi assists both large-scale mature and small startup companies on all aspects of brand development from inception through international expansion and beyond. Key areas of experience include domestic and international trademark clearance and prosecution, trademark portfolio management, DMCA procedures,trademark and copyright litigation and intellectual property issues arising on the Internet and social media. She also regularly handles dispute and enforcement matters, including domain name dispute resolution, online trademark infringement, and preliminary matters in proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Naomi's experience also encompasses intellectual property licensing and intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions including due diligence and agreement drafting.

In addition to assisting clients in all aspects of their intellectual property needs, Naomi's practice expands to advertising and marketing, including contests, sweepstakes and other promotional initiatives in the United States and internationally.

Naomi has had the privilege to complete a secondment at a multinational food corporation, where she learned to prioritize the needs of the business while providing practical legal guidance relating to a variety of intellectual property and corporate matters. She provides legal brand protection strategies that allow her clients to accomplish their business objectives.

Naomi is a strong advocate of pro bono work and serves as a Guardian ad Litem in the District of Columbia. She has also served on the board of the South Asian Bar Association of the District of Columbia and actively participates in the Firm's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
