About

Ashley Bailey-Chang focuses her practice in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, divestitures, spin-offs, joint ventures, as well as general corporate matters and other strategic business arrangements.

Ashley assists clients with highly complex restructuring and integration transactions, including assisting large multinationals on the planning and implementation of multi-jurisdictional transactions such as legal entity rationalization, pre-acquisition planning, divestiture restructurings, and intellectual property planning and migration. In addition, she advises clients on the general management and expansion of international operations.

Ashley regularly works with multidisciplinary cross-border teams and is effective at coordinating large teams of attorneys and business advisors to assist clients in structuring, implementing, and closing global transactions. Ashley has represented clients across a variety of industries, including consumer goods, agricultural, energy, industrials and manufacturing, and financial services.
