Michael Bakhama has a wide-ranging practice in litigation, including cases involving trusts and estates, real property, corporate and securities litigation, business torts, commercial law, and contract disputes.

In trial and appellate courts, he primarily represents clients operating in the accounting, biotechnology, financial services, and insurance industries. Michael's representations have also included arbitrations and government investigations. His active pro bono practice includes matters involving significant issues of constitutional law and criminal procedure.

He also has experience in the area of estate planning, including the drafting and construction of wills and trusts; estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax matters; estate and trust administration; tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families; and advising fiduciaries.
