Carolina Bawlitza focuses her practice on antitrust and competition matters. She advises in matters of merger control, abuse of dominance and potential cartels, and represents clients in investigations before the National Economic Prosecutor's Office and procedures before the Chilean Competition Court. Her work includes the design and implementation of compliance programs.

In 2017, Carolina served as the Leniency Officer in the National Economic Prosecutor's Office. From 2012 to 2016, she was Deputy Head of the Mergers and Studies Division in the same institution. She also served as its Coordinator of Cartels and Regulated Markets Investigations from 2008 to 2011.

Earlier in her career, Carolina was part of the legal team at Telefónica Móvil.
