Brittany Bolden facilitates the investment of institutional investors in various alternative assets, including private equity funds, venture funds, credit funds, hedge funds, infrastructure funds and real estate funds.  She also routinely reviews and negotiates investment documentation for primary transactions and large-scale secondary portfolio transactions, including limited partnership agreements, private placement memoranda, purchase and sale agreements, side letters, subscription agreements, and transfer agreements.
