Aaron Bowling focuses his practice on patent and trademark litigation, assisting clients in such industries as athletic apparel and footwear, telecommunications, computer software and hardware, and automotive technologies.  He has litigated cases in federal district court, federal appellate court, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the International Trade Commission.  Before joining DLA Piper in June 2020, Aaron served as a judicial law clerk in the chambers of the Honorable Jimmie V. Reyna at the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  Prior to his clerkship, Aaron spent six years at a prominent IP law firm, where he represented a variety of clients in intellectual property litigations, including several successful appeals before the Federal Circuit.
