Brian J. Boyle helps businesses solve complex antitrust, consumer protection, and e-commerce challenges. He counsels clients on compliance strategies, and represents them in litigation and investigations, as well as before executive agencies and legislative bodies. 

Brian works with clients across the globe, from Fortune 50 multinationals to start-ups, on a range of competition, pricing, privacy, advertising, and marketing issues. He frequently counsels clients on the antitrust or consumer regulatory aspects of proposed mergers and acquisitions, pricing strategies, advertising campaigns, IP licensing, and compliance policies. His experience spans consumer-facing industries including technology, healthcare, retail, consumer products manufacturing, and consumer financial services.

Brian also devotes a substantial portion of his practice to representing clients in complex litigation, and before regulatory and legislative bodies. His litigation experience includes nationwide class actions, disputes between competitors, and whistleblower litigation. He frequently represents clients in government investigations, including by the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division, Federal Trade Commission, and state attorneys general. He also has significant experience before legislative bodies, including crafting and advocating for proposed legislation, and representing individual executives providing committee testimony.
