Brian J. Boyle focuses his practice on antitrust and consumer protection law. He represents clients in complex litigation and investigations, and advises them on corporate transactions, compliance, and government strategies.

Brian has helped achieved high-profile victories for U.S. and international clients before courts, enforcement agencies, and legislative bodies. His experience includes nationwide class actions, disputes between competitors, qui tam litigation, and antitrust merger challenges. He represents clients in government investigations, including by the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division, Federal Trade Commission, and state attorneys general. He also has significant experience before legislative bodies, including representing executives providing committee testimony.

In addition to his disputes practice, Brian also advises clients on antitrust and consumer protection compliance and transactional matters. He has helped businesses solve complex and cross-border challenges involving merger clearance, competitor collaboration, pricing and distribution strategies, data collection and sharing, technology licensing, and other antitrust and competition issues. Clients also regularly turn to Brian for consumer protection advice related to issues such as social media marketing, consumer privacy, product endorsements, online reviews, claim substantiation, and labelling and disclosure requirements. His experience spans highly regulated and consumer-facing industries, with a particular focus on technology, media, consumer products and healthcare.
