Karley Buckley

Karley Buckley is a litigator who represents clients in complex commercial disputes.  Karley focuses her practice on defending companies in high-stakes commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including the medical device, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and hospitality sectors.  Karley is experienced in all stages of litigation, from initial case strategy and investigation through trial and appeal. 

Karley is also experienced in defending against class and mass actions, including consumer product and medical device litigation. 

Karley maintains an active pro bono practice that includes representation of visa applicants and asylum seekers in immigration proceedings.
